Late Malam Yahaya Hamza
The idea to establish the foundation was conceived after the demise of Malam Yahaya Hamza and the purpose of its establishment is to continue with the legacy of catering for education of orphans, less privilege, people with special needs and vulnerable in the society as done during his lifetime. The foundation was set-up and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 6th November, 2015, a year after his demise.

To be among the leading non-profit organisations that champion the course of providing educational support and development to orphans, less privilege and physically challenged (disabled) in the society to fully achieve their potentials.

To impact positively in reducing high rate of uneducated youths amongst orphans, less privilege and vulnerable in the society by providing all necessary supports towards achieving their life time ambition in education.
